MyBars: A Personalized Bar Discovery App

This app is built to personalize users' experiences in finding a nightlife bar that fits their vibe, mood, and purpose

The value this brings helps users find the right bar for them, whether they are extroverted or introverted. Making their nightlife more enjoyable and easy to explore.

I personalized the app through categories so people can easily select and find events they will enjoy.

Discovery Problem

There are a lot event websites that track all events and having to scan through to find one that is good was time consuming and not fun.

In the night life people do gravitate towards finding a bar that fits their vibe, mood, or purpose, not just a location.

Overall: Users waste time scanning generic event websites to find bars that match their mood or social intent. There’s no tailored tool that helps people find a venue based on vibe, crowd, and activities.

Solution

The app offers a personalized nightlife experience by helping users discover bars and events that align with their vibe, mood, and social intentions. Instead of scrolling through generic event listings, users can filter by categories tailored to their personality, whether extroverted, introverted, or somewhere in between, making it easy to find venues that fit their desired atmosphere and activities. By focusing on personalization and intuitive discovery, the app saves time, enhances social experiences, and makes exploring nightlife effortless and enjoyable.
